Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Email hello@getslou.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send return instructions. Returns are shipped to: Antonino Russo, Carini 90044 (PA).
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, with tags/packaging intact. We can't accept items showing signs of wear or returned without their original condition.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return shipping is paid by the customer. Use a tracked method — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The hidden gift (where included) is not separately refundable and doesn't need to be returned unless the whole order is returned.
If your cap arrives faulty or it's not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery — we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email hello@getslou.com with your order number.
