shipping cost

• Orders of €49.90 or more ship free (both the 2-cap and 3-cap bundles qualify).
• A single cap ships €4.90 in Italy; across the rest of the EU it’s €9.90–16.90 depending on the country, calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

pre-order dispatch

This is a pre-order. Items are produced in a small first batch and ship approximately 3–5 weeks after your order, once production is complete. You pay today; we dispatch as soon as stock arrives.

delivery

Once dispatched, orders are sent with tracked delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email. Typical transit after dispatch is 4–7 business days, depending on your country.

if timing changes

If production or shipping is delayed, we'll email you with a clear, updated estimate — no silent delays.

customs & duties

Orders within the EU are not subject to import duties.

wrong or undeliverable address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping costs may apply).
