1. Who we are
This website and waitlist are operated by Antonino Russo, Strada Statale 113, 51, 90044 Carini (PA), Italy —
VAT/P.IVA 07340360820 ("Slöu", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@getslou.com.
2. What the waitlist is
Joining the waitlist is free and simply registers your interest in our next product drop. It is not an order,
a purchase, a contract of sale, or a reservation of any item. No payment is taken when you join.
3. No guarantee of availability
Our drops are produced in limited quantities and can sell out. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that a
product will be available to you, that you will be able to purchase, or that any specific item, size, colour
or quantity will be in stock. Early or priority access, where offered, is a courtesy and not a binding
commitment.
4. Prices, perks, discounts & giveaways
Any prices, waitlist perks, possible discounts, giveaways or extras mentioned are indicative and
discretionary. They are not guaranteed, may change, and may be added or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Any actual purchase will be governed by the prices and terms shown at checkout at the time of the order.
5. Drop timing
Launch dates and timing are estimates and may change for any reason, including production or logistics. We are
not liable for changes to, or delays in, any drop.
6. Communications & consent
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive communications from us (email and, if you provide a number, SMS)
about upcoming drops, updates and offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply to SMS.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by replying STOP to an SMS.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact details. When a drop opens, sales and shipping
may be limited to the European Union and to the countries listed at checkout.
8. Your personal data
We process the data you provide (name, email, phone) to manage the waitlist and send the communications above.
We use Klaviyo as our email/SMS provider. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Promotions & giveaways
Where we run a giveaway or promotion, additional specific rules may apply and will be made available at the
time. No purchase is necessary where required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Slöu name, logo, designs, images and text — belongs to us or our
licensors and may not be used without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
The waitlist and this site are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for
any loss arising from missed drops, sold-out items, delays, or unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits
your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here applies. Continuing to use the
waitlist after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence
continue to apply. Disputes are subject to the competent court of Palermo, Italy, save where consumer law
provides otherwise.
